Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Returns must be requested within 60 days of the delivery date.

How to Initiate a Return

Return shipments must include the RA number on the package. Packages without an RA number may be refused.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
